FULTON MARKET KITCHEN IS AS STIMULATING TO THE EYES AS IT IS TO THE TASTE BUDS
Conceptualized and designed by Alex Morales & Daniel Alonso. Fulton Market Kitchen is a portal of collective creativity, integrating various art mediums and styles with imaginative cocktails and cuisine to create a new experience for Chicago’s evolving culture.
Inspired by the 1980s NYC art scene and the Wynwood Walls in Miami, Fulton Market Kitchen offers guests the rare opportunity to enjoy dining, drinking, and the work of incredible artists in a single, truly unique setting.
Chef Chris Curren's refined, rustic dishes offer seasonal presentations with ingredients sourced from regional farms, local markets and our neighbors along Fulton Market Street.
When asked what motivates him in the kitchen, Curren says, “Making people happy.” And that is exactly what he plans to do here at Fulton Market Kitchen. His focus on the craft of cooking, perfecting tried-and-true techniques while using hyper-seasonal, local ingredients has resulted in an interesting yet approachable variety of dishes. “I like to challenge myself to create bold, complex flavors using as few ingredients as possible,” he said. While you won’t see drastic menu changes as often, the seasonal ingredients that make up each dish will change based on their availability, which will offer guests an ever-surprising culinary experience.
FMK's bar team delivers one of the West Loop’s most innovative cocktail programs, executed with fresh ingredients and small batch spirits pulled from a carefully curated collection. Together they have developed an impressive spirit list that boasts over 650 bottles with a special focus on hand-selected barrels, limited allocations, and rare vintages. This eclectic compilation showcases all possible flavor profiles and is guaranteed to speak to every palate.
The wine list highlights bottles by our favorite winemakers and regions, with unique yet approachable varietals, balanced between Old and New World sparkling, sherry, roses, whites and reds. To round off our beverage program, the team has provided a quirky selection of season-appropriate beers that are produced by leaders in the craft beer community.
Our goal at Fulton Market Kitchen is to provide guests with a rustic yet refined dining experience and an extensive list of libations to keep you happy and coming back for more.

Fulton Market Kitchen’s art collection is the result of a collaboration with numerous contributing artists, representing several artistic styles: Erni Vales, Erik DeBat, Franklin Riley, Dominic Sansone, CJ Hungerman, Christophe Gauspohl, Chadwick, Sarah Raskey, Alex Morales and many more. We continuously strive to be a highly artist-friendly and collaborative channel for the vibrant local art community; to work together to exhibit, educate and sell their work.
With the 5x5 Artist Residency program, our hope is to create an entertainment experience that provides guests with the opportunity to simultaneously indulge their passions for dining, drinking and art. To that end, every week a different artist transforms our lounge space into their personal studio, allowing guests to observe, engage, and draw inspiration from their creative process; all while enjoying dinner and cocktails. All artist work is available for purchase upon completion.
