Fulton Market Kitchen Launches New Menu and Live Performance Art Series
Fulton Market Kitchen has undergone a renaissance of sorts with a new live performance art series titled "5x5", new menu, and redesigned space. 5x5 will offer guests a rare opportunity to enjoy dining, drinking, and the live creation of artwork by acclaimed local artists. Starting on March 23 with local artist Xophe, every week Monday through Friday, 5x5 will feature a highly curated roster of artists creating original works on a 5x5 stretched canvas or wood board. Artistic genres that will be explored during the series include: graffiti, collage + assemblage, wearable art, landscape, abstract and more.
Once each artists' art piece is completed, the finished work will be exhibited prominently in the main room of Fulton Market Kitchen for one week thereafter. Each piece will be available for purchase by the public a portion of the proceeds being donated to a local charity.
As if having the opportunity to see amazing artists in action isn't enough of a draw, Chef Kyle Petersen's new menu continues to wow guests with playful presentations and ingredients. Take a glimpse at a few of the new dishes from Fulton Market Kitchen below.
