Everyone loves a good burger. Especially a secret burger. Each week, Fulton Market Kitchen chef Chris Curren offers a different off-menu version. Supplies are limited, so be sure to stop by early in the week. Past examples include a gyro burger (pictured) made with ground lamb and beef, tzatziki, feta, lettuce and tomato; and a beef burger with Grand Cru cheese, pickled calabrian chilies, crispy pancetta, pickles and Dijonnaise.
